Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes, however, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. For international deliveries, the customer will not have to pay additional duties and taxes receiving their packages.

PROCESSING TIME

We offer free standard shipping On Order Over $50

Our processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. During peak periods such as sales, holidays, and launches this timeframe may be extended.

SHIPPING FEES

If you choose to pay an expedited shipping fee, the fees are non-refundable. We can ship to PO Boxes. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

All orders have are free shipping with no minimums. Free Standard and Tracked Shipping in 3-10 Business Days for free. We offer a 2-Day Express as a shipping option for the continental US for a $9.99 flat rate for most items, but not all. We offer a Priority processing option for an additional $3.99. We also offer International Express Shipping 1-5 Business Days with free tracking for a $9.99 flat rate.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days. We will assist you in working with the carrier. itskeira does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered, or, if your entered shipping address is deemed as “undeliverable” or "insufficient" by the carrier. You are responsible and can self correct it on the carrier website. If you need help with this, please contact us at support@itskeira.com. In addition, you may not cannot cancel an order that is in transit. However, you can process a return or exchange once your item has been received as we have a 7-day return policy. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and issue an instant refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. If requested, we can hold and ship when in stock.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, itskeira reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, itskeira reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Similarly, itskeira reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

To assist with shipping, returns, and other order necessities, we have increased our staff and  have a dedicated customer support team readily available. We are working to answer your questions as quickly as possible always at support@itskeira.com. We ship to the US, Canada, and worldwide with some exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS 

Once orders are received, they are sent to our distribution center for processing and shipping. Since the distribution center has received this order, we are not able to modify your order. You may not cannot cancel an order that is in transit and once an order has been placed, you cannot change your shipping address due to our fraud prevention checks. However, you can process a return or exchange once your item has been received. If your item is in transit with a tracking number, we cannot cancel your order. We have a 7-day return policy. Please consider this policy and let us know if you need assistance at support@itskeira.com.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). itskeira does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.
